Innovators, entrepreneurs and money makers?
Attending a Games Innovation Workshop held at the swanky new offices of Nesta. I tend to cynically think of innovation as those 'first over the trench' who take the risk for others to follow and invariably make greater commercial success. Pushing at boundaries is maybe a phrase I feel more comfortable with.

I think pervasive games (gaming meets real life) could be the new cheese rolling and bog diving - celebratory events that bring communities together, in an increasingly de-ritualised western world. But making ends meet for those who make them is the rub. Here the Space Invader sells maps and t-shirts, which is canny enough.
